Print Details

Print Details is used to add remarks at header and footer, add jurisdiction terms and conditions, policy, declaration and other details on the print layout of the transaction.

Steps to Create Print Details

  1. On the Tools menu, in Designer Group, click the Print Details. The Print Details window opens as a tab in the workspace.
  2. The workspace is divided into two parts. The Left side is the Companies frame and the Right side is the Companies Details frame.
  3. On left hand side of the workspace i.e. on the Companies frame, click on Company name.
  4. Once the Company name is selected, the Company Code, Company Name and Description get automatically populated on the right hand side of the workspace i.e. on the Companies Details frame.

Details to be entered on the Print Details tab:

  • Branch: Here user needs to click on Search icon and select the Branch.
  • Object Print: Here the user needs to click on search icon and select the Transaction Name on which the user wants to print the details.
  • Terms: Here the user needs to enter the Terms which are to be printed on transaction print.
  • Declaration: Here the user needs to enter the Declaration which is to be printed on transaction print.
  • Declaration 2: Here the user needsto enter any other Declaration 2 which is to be printed on transaction print.
  • Jurisdiction: Here the user needs to enter the Jurisdiction remark which is to be printed on transaction print.
  • Greetings: Here the user needs to enter the Greeting words such as ‘Thanks for Visiting’ which is to be printed on transaction print.
  1. Press Ctrl S or click the Save button on the Quick Access Toolbar to save the Print Details.
  2. Click Yes button for the message ‘Are you sure you want to Save.’
  3. Click OK button for the message Print Details: ‘(YourCompany Name)’ has been saved successfully’.
